I'm Italian- American,my favorite movie of all time is GoodFellas. My favorite baseball team is the Yankees of course. Mostly dedicated to the best music style on Earth. My backround image is an image of Sinatra Raprise and is an album. Also like Dean Martin,Bing Crosby, Sammy Davis j.r.,Benny Goodman,& Glenn Miller But my favorite is Ol' Blue Eyes-from 40's 50's & some 60's. HATE the new stuff(hip-hop, rap) Hate celebrities like Brittny Spears and Hanna Manntona cous' they don't sing REAL music, don't croon, and are complete idiots. I can't live without calling some girl a broad, eating some prosciutto and capocola, singing, and acting like the Rat Pack. I was born in Brooklyn and I still live in Brooklyn so FAGETABOUTIT!!!

I made a little tribute to Frank out of two of his touching songs and some pictures! Francis Albert Sinatra was a singer and a crooner. His carrier lasted over 60 years and won many awards to be the worlds most famous crooner and the most influential entertainer and best voice of the 20th century!!

"I've got you under my skin. I've got you deep in the heart of me." - Jeffrey Dahmer, probably
The musical level of this song is supreme, it is Frank's best work and probably one of the best songs in the history of humanity. Nowadays music doesn't even come close to this.
Al di là del bene più prezioso, ci sei tu. Al di là del sogno più ambizioso, ci sei Where you walk flowers bloom When you smile all the gloom turns to sunshine And my heart opens wide When you're gone it fades inside and seems to have died Al di la, I wondered as I drifted where you were Al di la, the fog around me lifted, there you were In the kiss that I gave was the love I had saved for a lifetime then I knew all of you was completely mine. Al di là del mare più profondo, ci sei tu. Al di là dei limiti del mondo, ci sei tu. Al di là della volta infinita, al di là della vita. Ci sei tu, al di la, ci sei tu per me. La la la la... la la la la...

Before you ignore this, please remember that all of our favorite artists got started somewhere. If you like this post IM GRATEFUL, But please actually go LISTEN to it, if you don't like it after a minute, turn it off! But I doubt that! For years I wanted to be a musician but fear always made me say "My time is too late, I missed my shot" At 26 I became fed up with the day to day, moved to rural japan 🎎🗻 and started putting out music. My grandfather instilled in me an appreciation of a wide array of musicians, across so many different genres. After he passed away, I took all of that energy, and it made me really tenacious with creating music.. I know that it's the TIME to get moving So I impulsively covered my favorite singers song It’s not my usual style but to fly, you must try! ua-cam.com/video/cts0ALwE__0/v-deo.htmlsi=rb8PgwlvM2W_EBhC Come fly with me 🛫

39 million views and 7,508 comments and I think this deserves an analysis of its greatness, don't you? Shared a moment ago by my all-time favorite Amazon jazz reviewer Samuel Chell. A professional jazz pianist and retired English prof, Sam writes like this, this day (4/11/2024): On this song, Sinatra sings an authentic "blue tone," which is a quarter step, not a half step. In other words, it's an intentional "out of tune" momentary sound that's "between" the piano's 2 half steps, a characteristic of much African "roots" music. (L. Bernstein illustrates it on his "Introduction to Jazz"). I'm replaying Sinatra/Riddle's version now. btw, did you notice how he avoids the unmusical "r" sound (by singing "eah" instead of "ear"). Blue tone is coming up-- after the long interlude (trombones). I'm just now hearing it: It's his last "Don't"--a gloriously intense sound on "DON'T you know little fool." He hits that sound with evrything he's got yet with accuracy and integrity.

Frank Sinatra, Jr. about Nelson Riddle’s arrangement for “I’ve Got You Under My Skin”: “They'd been told this many songs to put on the album (Swingin' Lovers), and they were following instructions. They were supposed to finish the album on Friday night. Thursday, in the middle of the night, the A & R department called Sinatra and said, ‘We need three more songs for “Swingin' Lovers.”’ He says, ‘This is a helluva time to tell me.’ He called Nelson, who was living out in Malibu, and woke him up. Told Nelson they needed three more arrangements. The next night, coming in from Malibu for the final date, Nelson's wife was driving and he was in the back seat with a flashlight, still writing out the parts. One of those arrangements was for ‘I've Got You Under My Skin.’ At the studio Nelson got up and started to conduct. Nelson Riddle is the kind of guy, well, a volcano would go up next to him, he'd say, ‘How about that?’ Absolutely unflappable. Now, Nelson conducted the set, and after they'd rehearsed ‘I've Got You Under My Skin’, everybody just sat there. It was an old song, been recorded a thousand times, not a new song, right? An old song… but all the women had tears in their eyes and the whole orchestra, when they were done playing, stood up and applauded. For Nelson Riddle. This doesn't happen. But Nelson, he just stood there with cigarette ashes on him and said, ‘Yeah, how about that?’”
